Digital Items:
For digital items, once payment is approved you will receive an email and text with a link to download files.
Physical Items Policy on Shipping & Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order for a full refund if:
-You cancel within 24 hours of purchase
-Or as long as I haven’t started making your item yet.
If your order has already been started or is ready to ship, a $5 cancellation fee will apply.
****Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once placed, as materials and time are reserved specifically for your request.

All items are shipped via USPS First Class or Ground Advantage.
Delivery typically takes around 6 business days, but please check the USPS website for the most up-to-date delivery estimates.
